BROKER
REGISTRATION & POLICY
As
a courtesy to real estate agents, we offer this electronic client
registration. Please register your client on site as soon as possible.
On site registration will extend the protection period to ninety
(90) days from the earliest date of registration.
The Dearborn Buckingham Group, Inc. (or assigns) will pay to the
Realtor, as defined by The Dearborn Buckingham Group, Inc. cooperating
procedures, two and one half percent (2.5%) commission on the base
sales price (less $100), which shall be due and payable upon the
successful closing of a transaction involving the client named below.
In no event
shall the total commission paid to the Realtor exceed two and one
half percent (2.5%) of the base price, including any commissions
paid on the part of the buyer. The
Dearborn Buckingham Group, Inc.
acknowledges that the undersigned Realtor has registered the client
identified below.
This electronic
registration, when fully completed will be honored for thirty (30)
days from the date hereof, provided client has not previously registered
with any Dearborn-Buckingham Group, Inc. affiliated development.

Cooperating Procedures:
In Order to Qualify You Must:
- Be a licensed
Illinois broker and/or salesperson,
- Physically
accompany the customer to and register him/her on his/her first
visit,
- Allow any
and all Dearborn-Buckingham Group company members to assist the
customer in the selection of the home and write the purchase agreement
for the sale.
Additional Provisions:
- This registration
is protected for thirty (30) days from the date hereof,
- This registration
cannot override a registration previously signed by another broker/salesperson,
- If the closing
does not occur, no commissions will be paid,
- All earnest
money will be held by The
Dearborn Buckingham Group, Inc.
- These guidelines,
provisions and procedures supersede any guidelines, provisions
and procedures generally accepted by the real estate profession
in the State of Illinois with respect to procuring cause.
