Covered Decks
Make Delaware Model Shine
Located where
Mundelein meets Vernon Hills and Libertyville, Belden Place features
90 low-maintenance row houses that have been designed with unique
features and a level of flexibility not normally associated with
townhouse living.
A perfect example
is the new Delaware floor plan, just introduced by The Dearborn-Buckingham
Group. This new model highlights not one, but two covered decks,
giving this home a level of luxury normally associated with a luxury
single-family, semi-custom home.
Belden Place
features a 17-acre neighborhood layout. There are now five floor
plans offered at Belden Place, pre-construction base priced from
the $240,000s.
The Dearborn-Buckingham
Group now offers five floor plans at Belden Place, sized from about
1,600 up to 2,000 square feet. Pre-construction base prices start
in the $240,000s, depending on building location and selected floor
plan.
The townhouses
at Belden Place have three levels of finished living area, with
tow to four bedrooms, a loft (per plan, configurable to an extra
bedroom), 1.5 to 3.5 baths, a combination living and dining room,
family room (per plan) and large kitchen with breakfast area.
Additional inclusions
for every home at Belden Place are central air conditioning, private
balconies or decks, fully finished lower levels and private rear-loading
two-car garages. Each plan gives buyers the chance to customize
their floor plan with additional bedrooms, baths or multipurpose
rooms.
The new Delaware
plan measures about 1,600 square feet with two bedrooms, 1.5 baths
and combination living/dining room, an eat-in kitchen and a family
room in the lower level. Two covered decks and a two-car garage
are also included.
The Belden Place
sales center is located in Mundelein just south of Allanson Road.
To visit, take I-94 to Route 60, west to Butterfield. The sales
