Stylish Rowhome Neighborhood In Prime Mundelein Location Highlights The Very Best In Low Maintenance Living

Mundelein, IL - (April 29, 2008) - It's southern Lake County's best townhome value and it's called Belden Place by The Dearborn-Buckingham Group. Located where Mundelein meets Vernon Hills and Libertyville, Belden Place features 90 low maintenance rowhomes that have been designed with unique features and a level of flexibility not normally associated with townhome living. A perfect example is the amazing new Delaware floor plan, just introduced by The Dearborn Buckingham Group. This new model highlights not one, but two covered decks, giving this home a level of luxury and panache normally associated with a luxury single-family semi-custom home. Belden Place features a beautiful 17-acre neighborhood layout and outstanding value as well. There are now five floor plans offered at Belden Place, pre-construction base priced from the $240s. Decorated and furnished models will grand open soon.

"In the tradition of listening to our buyers and giving them what they want in a new construction townhome, we are proud to introduce the new Delaware model at Belden Place. This floor plan has all the inherent flexibility of our other layouts at this community, with the added luxury of having two covered decks, which is quite a rarity in any townhome design," said Christopher Coleman, president of The Dearborn-Buckingham Group. "Outdoor living areas are key to many buyers' lifestyles and by offering the new Delaware plan with these outdoor living spaces, we are giving buyers everything they could ask for in a townhome layout. I haven't seen another design quite like this one in the Chicago market."

The Dearborn-Buckingham Group now offers five incredible floor plans at Belden Place, sized from about 1,600 up to 2,000 square feet. Pre-construction base prices start in the $240s, depending on building location and selected floor plan.

For a limited time, buyers at Belden Place can take advantage of special incentive offers on the new Delaware floor plan as well as additional savings up to $10,000, with complete details available from the sales center.

The townhomes at Belden Place have three complete levels of finished living area, with two to four bedrooms, a loft (per plan, configurable to an extra bedroom), 1-1/2 to 3-1/2 baths, a combination living and dining room, family room (per plan) and large kitchen with breakfast area.

Additional deluxe inclusions for every home at Belden Place are central air conditioning, private balconies or decks, fully finished lower levels and private rear-loading two-car garages. Each plan gives buyers the chance to customize their floor plan with additional bedrooms, baths or multi-purpose rooms.

The homes also showcase an impressive level of included amenities, like 9' main level ceilings, ceramic tile or oak hardwood floors in the entry foyer, classic white painted Colonial style doors and trim with premium hardware, decorator selected wall-to-wall carpeting and designer light fixtures.

The new Delaware plan measures about 1,600 square feet with two bedrooms, 1-1/2 baths, a spacious combination living/dining room, an eat-in kitchen and a family room in the lower level. Two covered decks and a two-car garage are also included.

The Delaware starts with a few steps that lead up into the main living level. The living and dining room are open to the eat-in kitchen for casual conversation while preparing dinner. The breakfast area accesses the covered deck through a patio door. This deck is protected from the elements on two or three sides (depending on location), making it perfect for a private breakfast on a warm summer day or a relaxing drink and a good book from April through October.

The main level of the Delaware also has a powder room and a guest closet at the top of the stairs.

The upper level of this intriguing floor plan features a convenient laundry closet at the top of the stairs and two large bedrooms, each with a walk-in closet. The master suite has private access to the hall bath, an oversized walk-in closet and a private covered deck ideal for a lazy Sunday morning with coffee and the laptop, surfing the Internet.

The lower level of the Delaware has a family room, a large storage closet and access to the rear-load two-car garage. This lower level can be configured in a multitude of ways, including a third bedroom, media center, home office or exercise space.

The Dearborn-Buckingham Group has special introductory pricing on the Delaware, with base prices starting at just $249,990 for a limited time.

"I challenge townhome buyers to find another townhome that offers two covered decks at the Delaware's price," Coleman said. "The value this plan offers is simply amazing and the luxury of having two decks with a multi-level townhome is very tantalizing. Buyers would also be able to screen-off one or both of these decks to create their own three-seasons room for even more flexibility."

In addition to the new Delaware model, Belden Place features an upscale neighborhood layout with an entrance monument off Allanson Road marking the entry into the community. A main boulevard makes its way past the community's water feature, which is also accented by open green park space, preserved natural wetlands and select wooded areas.

Each group of townhomes at Belden Place blends effortlessly into the surrounding landscape, with their classic and stylish rowhome design. Architectural detailing such as brick trim, covered front entryways, decorative columns and arched window openings make these homes very attractive.

Belden Place also highlights an extremely convenient location just minutes from Hawthorn Center Mall plus other shopping, dining and entertainment possibilities along Town Line Road. White Deer Run golf course is a short distance away.

Living at Belden Place also makes it easy to commute to work, with I-94 close by, for quick trips to Chicago or Milwaukee. Metra train service is available along the North Central line from either the Vernon Hills or Mundelein stations.

"We're very excited to debut the new Delaware floor plan and I invite buyers to stop by the sales center and preview this unique and value-packed home. Belden Place features the very best that southern Lake County has to offer and with spring finally here, it's the perfect time to tour this community and see all of our great plans," said Coleman.
