The townhomes at Belden Place have three complete levels of finished living area, with two to four bedrooms, a loft (per plan, configurable to an extra bedroom), 1-1/2 to 3-1/2 baths, a combination living and dining room, family room (per plan) and large kitchen with breakfast area.

Additional deluxe inclusions for every home at Belden Place are central air conditioning, private balconies or decks, fully finished lower levels and private rear-loading two-car garages. Each plan gives buyers the chance to customize their floor plan with additional bedrooms, baths or multi-purpose rooms.
