The townhomes at Belden Place have three complete levels of finished
living area, with two to four bedrooms, a loft (per plan, configurable
to an extra bedroom), 1-1/2 to 3-1/2 baths, a combination living
and dining room, family room (per plan) and large kitchen with breakfast
area.
Additional deluxe inclusions for every home at Belden Place are
central air conditioning, private balconies or decks, fully finished
lower levels and private rear-loading two-car garages. Each plan
gives buyers the chance to customize their floor plan with additional
bedrooms, baths or multi-purpose rooms.
The homes also showcase an impressive level of included amenities,
like 9' main level ceilings, ceramic tile or oak hardwood floors
in the entry foyer, classic white painted Colonial style doors and
trim with premium hardware, decorator selected wall-to-wall carpeting
and designer light fixtures.
The new Delaware plan measures about 1,600 square feet with two
bedrooms, 1-1/2 baths, a spacious combination living/dining room,
an eat-in kitchen and a family room in the lower level. Two covered
decks and a two-car garage are also included.
The Delaware starts with a few steps that lead up into the main
living level. The living and dining room are open to the eat-in
kitchen for casual conversation while preparing dinner. The breakfast
area accesses the covered deck through a patio door. This deck is
protected from the elements on two or three sides (depending on
location), making it perfect for a private breakfast on a warm summer
day or a relaxing drink and a good book from April through October.
The main level of the Delaware also has a powder room and a guest
closet at the top of the stairs.
The upper level of this intriguing floor plan features a convenient
laundry closet at the top of the stairs and two large bedrooms,
each with a walk-in closet. The master suite has private access

The lower level of the Delaware has a family room, a large storage
closet and access to the rear-load two-car garage. This lower level

the Delaware, with base prices starting at just $249,990 for a limited
time.
